A Timeless Outdoor Setting Crafted for Unforgettable Celebrations
Donna came to us with a vision — to create an outdoor space that would complement her new wedding venue and feel like it had always belonged there. She was drawn to a refined rustic aesthetic, one that would blend naturally with the character and charm of a barn and the open landscape surrounding it.
We developed several design concepts, each shaped around what she described and what the space seemed to call for. Every proposal was crafted to honor the setting and elevate its presence without overpowering the natural beauty already there.
The final design delivers that vision with elegance and intention.
As the bride descends the steps, she is welcomed onto a beautifully detailed paver patio that leads her toward a stunning custom-built fireplace. Handcrafted in masonry and finished in natural stone, it commands the space with scale and presence — a grand focal point that anchors the entire environment. Equipped with a gas burner and designed to convert to wood-burning in the future, it was built not only for this season, but for the generations of celebrations that will follow.
Adjacent to the fireplace, a majestic pergola frames the space with shade, structure, and architectural warmth — creating an inviting gathering area where guests can linger comfortably, sheltered from the sun while remaining connected to the outdoors.
Nearby, a circular masonry sitting wall wraps around a generous gas fire pit, offering a more intimate setting where guests can settle in, share conversation, and feel the warmth of the fire as the evening unfolds.
The space continues outward with an expansive paver patio, complemented by natural stone columns and carefully integrated lighting that enhances both the beauty and the functionality of the venue as day turns to night.
You can almost picture it — the soft glow of the fire as the evening settles in, guests gathered in conversation, laughter carrying through the air. A bride pausing at the top of those steps, taking a quiet breath before stepping into one of the most meaningful moments of her life.
