Our Story
From an early age, Founder and CEO César Vargas discovered a deep passion for the craft of building, gaining hands-on experience in masonry under the guidance of his cousin who introduced him to the artistry, precision, and discipline of the trade. While continuing to work full time as a mason, he began cultivating a passion for designing exceptional outdoor living spaces. Guided by values of integrity and innovation, he invested in ongoing education, advanced training, and the industry's leading design technologies, seamlessly merging craftsmanship with thoughtful design.
As the company evolved, Vargas Construction expanded its services to include custom masonry, design-build luxury outdoor living spaces, and exceptional hardscaping — allowing clients to work with one unified team for the design and execution of complete luxury outdoor environments.
Today the company collaborates with highly skilled in-house professionals including ICPI certified specialists, Techo-Bloc PRO installers, and master craftsmen of the trade.
